BOOTLEG CD COVERS

Since the Angel Biscuits cdrom has been available, I've "acquired" various Wildhearts related bootlegs from friends on
the internet - particularly the luvverly people on the www.silverginger.com list. Most of them had no front covers, so
here's some downloadable ones I designed. Credit has to go to the www.silverginger.com site and the various people
who took the photos at the gigs.

A very cool cover for a really cool bootleg. Featuring 2 old men duelling banjos, and Barney singing the blues in opera style. Skin-Up!

THE LOST TAPES. Not a lot of info on this one. Apparantly it was recorded around 1990 with a drum machine, Ginger on acoustic guitar, and Snake on vocals. An unknown song is included, thought to be titled "One More Night" The drawing is from the official website, and the photo's from Kerrap! magazine.

HEAVEN'S GATE, JAPAN - This was one of the 1st acoustic gigs Ginger ever did. Recorded at the Heaven's Gate club in Tokyo, Oct 98. Again, the drawing is from silverginger.com, but the pic was actually taken at the Barfly gig earlier this year...

GINGER & PAUL GILBERT, JAPAN - This was an odd coupling with Paul Gilbert (used to be in Mr. Big). The questionmark (more theft!) seemed appropiate cause of the unlikeliness of it all. The cd also includes seperate live tracks of Ginger guesting with Backyard Babies & The Hellacopters.

CHANGES ONE - Salvador Dali eat your heart out! An instore acoustic gig at the South Shields based record store, whose owner - Ian Tunstall - unwittingly provided the photographs. Notice Alex from AntiProduct hidden in there somewhere...?

BORDERLINE- This is the complete version of the same show as featured on the bonus disc of SG5's BLM cd. The pic you see here was actually taken at another acoustic gig in South Shields - not at the Borderline. The foreground pic was taken by Brian Woodcock from the WH list. Go to www.geocities.com/briansevileye to see more of his photo collection.

THE OFFICE - A little more cosy, a bit more normal...If anyone knows who took this photo, let me know! This cd features such gems as "Stand & Deliver", the "Eastenders" theme and last but definately not least, "Purple Vein". Go figure....

JOSEPH'S WELL, LEEDS 2001 - Is it me or does Ginger look a bit like Jonathan Davies from Korn in this pic? Possibly the first time "Walk Like A Motherfucker" was played live. One of Conny's songs "Groovus Maximus" is also on this cd.

OSAKA, JAPAN 2000 - Very loud - Very heavy - Very Bad News! Colourful to say the least! Why cut the head off? Cause the original cover I received (cheers to Glenn-O!) was the same idea. This one's just a little more elaborate. Besides - that guitar fuckin' rooooolz!

SCALA, LONDON 2000 - The very first Silverginger 5 show. Drunken memories r us.

FUCKIN' SUICIDAL - Recorded on the mini tour that preceded the soon-to-be-cancelled-and-split Endless Nameless tour, this has rarely played live stuff such as Urge and Pissjoy.

BARFLY SEPT 2001 - Billed as the WH first acoustic show, it turned out (in true WH style) to be slightly different. Half acoustic, half electric, and featuring CJ, Simon Gonk & Toshi. Definately the best sounding bootleg I have, courtesy of Ian Sturgeon. Photos supplied by Givvi Flynn & Kerrap!

CAMBRIDGE 2001 - This one was just a straight rip off of the new Smileybones logo, obviously taken from the press adverts for the June 2001 tour

Drugs are bad. Mkay? Yeah, right. Xmas gig, and a cool tracklisting. Santa Claus has blown his head off with a shotgun the back!

FORUM 2000 - Crap fact....the photo behind was actually taken at the Bulldog Bash, so I distorted all the colour and voila! Danny didn't play the forum gig, it was Toshi from AntiProduct filling in, so a strategic placing of the Smileybones logo was a sneaky thing to do.....!

NEWCASTLE 2001 - This one HAD to be green! Lamented mainly cause this is the gig that Danny's troubles became public knowledge. But still, for the most part it's unnoticeable. Btw, spot the mistake...Danny has long hair.

UMEDA, JAPAN '98 - one of the best shows the WH have played. Much stoopidness such as chair races, vomit tricks courtesy of Danny, and general weirdness. White Lies also makes a rare appearance.

SNAKE DEMOS, including Ipanima Katz & Quireboys pix!

ANGEL BISCUITS - 120 mp3's. THE MOTHER OF ALL BOOTLEGS!
